New Patient Registration

Welcome to Dr. Suh's practice. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Suh, please contact the front office at (425) 822-8153 to see if Dr. Suh is taking new patients and to see if you are eligible. Once you are cleared for appointment, our office will send you our intake form.

On May 11th, 2023, Covid-19 Emergency Health Declaration will be coming to an end. Therefore, starting May 15th, 2023, all new initial meeting will be via in-person appointment only at Dr. Suh's office in Bellevue (there can be some rare exceptions made for difficult circumstances). Follow-up appointment after the initial visit in most cases will be through telemedicine. The instruction for telemedicine visits are listed on my current patient section of this web site.
